About Foxcroft

Foxcroft was started in 1981 as a ladies division of the Enro Shirt Company for men. Ladies suits were very important in those days so Foxcroft began as a "Ladies Career" look. This was a packaged shirt line. As the years went on Foxcroft evolved into a more diverse ladies shirt resource producing very special looks that separated them from their competition. Foxcroft began making shirts with lace trim, tucking, shirring and embroidery which was huge in the market place.

A new division began in 1990--"Foxcroft Sportswear" and it was a private label division making sportswear garments for Talbots, Orvis, Ann Taylor, etc. Foxcroft continued to evolve with more "casual" looks as well as "career" and more innovative styling which made the line a "hanging" shirt resource as well as a "packaged" shirt resource.

Foxcroft designers introduced "Wrinkle Free" shirtings in 2005 and this became a key factor in the selling of the product. Now Foxcroft has introduced some innovative products such as the "non-iron" pinpoint shirt--a step higher than the regular wrinkle free. Color, easy care--easy wear, and consistent fit and quality are some of the reasons that Foxcroft has such a loyal customer base.
